13 · Why motivation fails

Motivation gets you started.
Discipline gets you finished.

11 · One goal. 14 days.

Every goal becomes 14 daily actions.

Pick one goal that matters. We break it into 14 days. Each day unlocks on its own — one at a time, no skipping ahead.

8 · No second chances

Miss one day.
Start over.

This isn't a forgiving streak counter. Miss a day and it's over — every day you hadn't reached yet locks for good. That's what makes finishing mean something.

7 · 14 days of proof

Day 1 is a decision.
Day 14 is evidence.

You do not need an overnight transformation. You need fourteen completed days that prove you can keep a promise to yourself.

More than a streak

The goal isn't 14 days.
It's who you become after them.

Discipline changes identity. Fourteen days is enough to prove — to yourself, not to anyone else — that you follow through.

This is just the beginning.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before committing to Day 1.

Do I need to pay to try it?

Day 1 and Day 2 are free. A subscription is required when you try to open Day 3.

How does the 14-day challenge work?

Pick one goal and commit to 14 consecutive days. Each day you submit a real written report — plus an optional photo — before the deadline to mark it complete. There's no partial credit for a day you don't finish.

Can I choose any goal?

Yes. Pick from the built-in list — running, reading, learning to code, and more — or set your own custom goal. Either way, the same 14-day rules apply.

What happens if I miss a day?

It ends immediately. Every day you hadn't reached yet locks, and you'll see exactly how many days you completed. You start over — not from where you left off.

Can I change my goal after I start?

No. Your goal is locked for the full 14 days. To switch, end the current challenge and start a new one from Day 1.

What happens after Day 14?

You keep the record of everything you completed, and you're free to start your next 14-day challenge right away — same goal or a new one.

My subscription lapsed halfway through. Now what?

The deadline does not pause. If Day 3 or a later required day is not completed on time because your subscription is inactive, the challenge can fail.
